Save Energy, Save Money

Suitable For: anyone involved in managing staff, volunteers, boards, management committees, community groups or working with people.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the session participants will:

  • Understand more about the ways people communicate
  • Have gained an overview of coaching skills including generative listening; being curious and asking questions; identifying goals, process, actions and evaluation; giving clear feedback; and others
  • Have a basic understanding of some coaching frameworks and models and had an opportunity to practice, and to give and receive feedback.

Content
