Health Check

Do you want to make sure your organisation is ready to grow or develop, but not sure what you should be checking for?

The Gio Health Check has been devised to help you identify the strengths of your organisation, for both yourselves and your funders. The Health Check will also help you to identify any areas for development and clarify the type of support that you need to move forward. Organisations completing this Health Check can achieve a bronze, silver or gold standard in the Gio Award.

A member of the Gio team will work through the Health Check with you. There are 12 sections to work through after which your organisation will achieve either a gold, silver or bronze standard per section. These sections range from the Structure and Purpose to Equal Opportunities, Volunteering and Quality Assurance.
